Can't say enough good things about this cruise. It started with an easy embarkation. The lines moved swiftly through security. Dropped my bags off in my cabin and headed for lunch. The buffet was good overall. We did have a few occasions when finding a table was difficult. The food and service were very good. Selection was vast as always with a great omelet station. Food in the MDR was ...
We chose this ship because it introduces a new design concept. It’s like a boutique ship that feels like a floating spa with a modern minimalistic approach different entertainment venues and outdoor seating areas and the spa area is beautiful. We had karaoke every night, the shows are top notch, very good food variety and quality, and best of all you’re not limited to dining at specific times. ...
We absolutely loved our first cruise holiday on Arvia! Ship is beautiful, crew were fantastic and although the ship was full, we never waited to be served, if anything the servers were fighting over to serve you! Really enjoyed the cabin, we had a standard balcony room, but the balcony was huge which we utilised every day and the rest of the cabin was lovely. Had no issues with storage (packing ...
We have just returned from an amazing western Mediterranean cruise on the new Arvia. This is our 7th cruise and 5th with P&O.
Arvia has to be one of the best cruise ships we have experienced with P&O cruises.
Arvia is a beautiful luxury ship, with so many open spaces, so it doesn't feel like there are nearly 6000 passengers onboard. We felt the smaller ships in the fleet felt ...
First time I have sailed on any MSC Cruise Ship and the trip to Casablanca was an ideal time to escape the miserable UK weather. MSC Virtuosa is a magnificent ship, the interior is stunning with bars, restaurants and shopping malls making you believe you were still on land and not actually at sea.
The nightly 'light' entertainment involving the Dome area was superb and something which I have ...
We have now cruised on the MSC Virtuosa 6 times, 5 times in the Yacht Club and once in a Grand Suite.
Prior to sailing on MSC we were Cunard/Princess dedicated cruisers and we have reached their top loyalty levels.
But having experienced the luxurious VIP treatment in the MSC Yacht Club we find ourselves spoiled for choice, its just a pity their sailings from Southampton don't offer a ...
This was a last minute booking, literally. We were docking in Southampton on a Celebrity Cruise when we booked this sailing departing two days later. Previously only sailed with Seabourn and Celebrity, if we had accepted the poor reviews of this ship at face value we would never have booked it - and that would have been a shame.
All the speciality dining restaurants were excellent to the extent ...
After my less than stellar first Princess cruise on Island Princess in July, I was a little apprehensive about this one. However, it could not have been any different. Not only was the ship newer and in great condition but the whole experience was better, it was like sailing on different cruise line.
Nothing on Sky Princess was my favourite anything from the cruise lines I’ve sailed but ...
Thank you to P& O Britannia. We have wanted to visit the Canary islands and Madeira for a while. This cruise fulfilled our expectations. We have sailed to the Caribbean before on Britannia a few years ago and wondered if the standards had slipped, due to some of the negative reviews. You need not fear, our experience was delightful. I am amazed at how some people can moan so much when we were on ...
We LOVED our trip in the Queens Grill arbors the Queen Mary 2. What a magnificent ship. Our penthouse suite was beautifully appointed with every luxury we could want, including a bathtub long enough for my 6’2” frame to stretch out in.
Meals were wonderful, especially the Concierge who went out of his way to provide us with special meals and suggestions.
Unfortunately all of these good ...
