So happy the rain kept away. We took a short bus tour to Estoril. Only wish we would have had more time there to explore. I would get a taxi and go there for the day if we go back. Our guide taught us a lot about Portugal so the tour was worth the $69 per person cost. The ride was comfortable and the scenery was wonderful. We had a good day. ...

Very easy to do DIY. Mum wanted to try the Pastel de Nata custard tart and we found a little patisserie/café practically opposite the port and it only cost €5 for the two of us!! The main square is an easy walk just turn left out of the port. The trams are great to visit the Belem Tower or old quarter but beware of pick pockets. ...

Vast city. A mix of the old and new. Modern port terminus. Good transport. For a seperate day leave the city and visit the smaller towns ...
