They only serve you lasagne but charge your $70~$100 more per person. Choose a tour without lunch would save you some money. Food was very disappointing with the price they charge you. ...

Sergio our guide was excellent and our tour included a professional guide for 3 hours in Florence. Once again we were able to access the centre of Florence which the big coaches were not able to thus saving us a 20 minute walk each way. ...
Cinque Terre was a bucket list place for us and it didn't disappoint. We hiked from Monterosso to Vernazza (hard hike - 2 hours up steep hills and down into Vernazza). The hike was hard but spectacular. Lunch in Vernazza right on the water was amazing, followed by a boat ride back to La Spezia with each village more beautiful from the sea than the next. ...
We did the bot tour to three quaint seaside stops. Longish ride and some struggled with seasickness. But worth the trouble. These are post card stops to very old places built into steep rock inclines. We had a snack at one and wine at another. We climbed to a vineyard and sat with a woman with which we shared no language. Yet we somehow communicated and enjoyed our glass. Do this one. ...
