Shuttle bus provided dropped us off at the big wheel near tourist office. Take Le Pasteur solar ferry between the towers. Good souvenir shops on the harbour front and cafes.

Shuttle bus was lovely to have although a little crowded. La Rochelle was so lovely, went on an old carousel and the big wheel (like the London eye) The streets and park were so lovely. Definitely go again.
