. Excursions over priced. The stop for Tracie Arm was not a stop at all. A boat came alongside and took passengers who had paid for ship excursions. Very misleading on the itinerary and we felt short changed. We didn't leave the ship in Juneau until mid afternoon. Ship tender procedure and wait the worst we have encountered. ...

Took a taxi to Mendenhall glacier - called when we got off the ship and waited about 20 minutes. It cost close to $40 for the four of us each way, but on the way back we were able to take an hour to enjoy Alaskan Brewing's tasting room and then he came back to take us back to the ship. Since we arrived in the afternoon, we had lunch at Tracy’s King Crab Shack in town. The shack looked small, but there was ample seating in the back. Bring your own picks, as none was available.
