The port was a mess. We were at the old dock, not the one by the stores. We had to wait for a bus to go anywhere and they were very unorganized. Wouldn't let us walk the .5 mile to the shops. It took at least 45 minutes of standing in line to get a bus to take us to the market to have lunch and do some shopping.
