We booked our cruise ten days before we sailed so definitely a last minute deal. We had previously been on a week's cruise and four day stay in Spain September 2017 on Discovery 2 and enjoyed it and had also had a two week cruise on the Marella Discovery in December 2017. The two ships are identical so roughly knew what to expect. We had a lower cabin this time, again inside, but on deck 2 and it ...
I was so happy when I saw Sunwing was again offering this Pride of Panama almost all inclusive cruise. We had taken it on Thomson Dream in Feb. 2016 & then didn't see it last year so were really happy we got it this time. It was good value with flight, cabin, transfers, drink package included & NO tipping!
The Marella Discovery 2 is a lovely ship, a nice size with a great CD, happy dining room ...
We selected this cruise because we wanted to travel to Cuba and was told this cruise line offered an amazing experience. We embarked in Montego Bay, Jamaica and thoroughly enjoyed this 7 day cruise.
Participating in the Cuba Cruise People to People program was great. The history and cultural information that was presented was factual and comprehensive as well as entertaining.
Each Port of ...

This year I was fortunate enough to experience the best holiday imaginable. I booked my holiday through TUI for a two week carirbean cruise on the Marella Discovery 2.

My family of 6 just returned yesterday from our 1 week cruise. We started our cruise in Montego Bay. The boarding process was simple and the terminal was not crowded, which we were very happy to see. By the time we got a drink in hand to start our vacation, our luggage had already made it to our rooms.
The rooms were fine for us. Nothing fancy, but the bed was comfortable, the shower had ...

Review TUI Discovery 2
Exotic Explorer/Cuban Fusion
Start date 5th December 2017
This was our first cruise so we have nothing to compare it with. We chose this because of the interesting places to see, and because it was all inclusive, including tips. We also liked that we could go to meals where and when we liked.
We got off to a bad start, with it taking well over an hour to leave ...
The crew was very cooperative, humble, polite and made us feel like home. They accommodated special requested meals (WOW! The Indian meals were amazing!!!). In addition, everyone was very welcoming and treated us like their very own.
Huge shoutout to the cabin and the restaurant crew for always looking after us, and treating us like special guests. The cabins were always spic and span, no ...
