Jacksonville is a very nice place to visit. We spent a few extra days before our ship sailed and just relaxed. We enjoyed our stay and the restaurant choices are plentiful !! The cruise terminal for Carnival however is not very organized and was chaotic to say the least. Boarding was a free for all and I was on a knee scooter due to an ankle injury and was trampled. Diamond and Platinum status ...

An older gentlemen refused to help my daughter with her tickets and we almost thought that she wasn't going to be able to board, but we found a sweet lady that helped us and apologized for his attitude. ...
