We bought a day pass for transport. Team from port takes you to and from town. After a walk in town, we took the 15 min. Ferry to Sea Fortress and spent several hours there. Great military museum. Great walking paths, views etc. Cafe and bistro on this island.

We rode the Hop On/Hop Off bus which turned out to be a horrible experience. The audio wasn't working we sat along a curb while several other busses passed us by. The Wifi did not work. It was OK once we were able to get off, walk, and then catch a different bus. There wasn't much to see in Helsinki outside of the market; no reason to get off the bus. It was overpriced. ...
