The service in the buffet dining room is terrible, it is hard to order drinks because the staff are mostly chatting with each other, or just walking around like a robot, they don't even check the tables if they are dirty, they go walk around not noticing anything. At Boarding we sat in the terminal for hours with no information or what was going on or when we could get on. Once we were on we didn't know if we needed a new visa to get off while in port so we stayed on the boat and missed out on Havana in fear of getting stuck ashore. Our rooms where not ready until 8pm.
