Took tender to shore around 9am. Walked 1.5 miles to Cayman Spirits Company distillery to take their tour & tasting (cost $15pp). Spent about an hour there. Then walked over to Tortuga Rum Cakes bakery/factory outlet to learn about the history & manufacturing process (and buy a couple cakes of course including the exclusive Cayman flavor). Took the $2.50 bus from the library just a block from the port to 7 mile beach, paid $20 for 2 chairs and an umbrella front row, and it was wonderful. Took 2.50 bus back. Easy Peasy. Tipped the drivers, the one out was outstanding in telling us where to go, where to get the chairs, where to get picked up coming back, etc.
