The ship transport service (fee) did dropped you off in the city's main square. We were disappointed the Fish Market (Fish Church) and surrounding seafood resturants were not available. Copenhenge's Nyhaven offers so much more. The old town area was nice and easily walkable. Hop on/off busses were available, but we chose to walk around. Gothenburg is an industrial city. Keep this in mind. The Western islands tour was beautiful and worth doing but short. There's a shuttle that goes into the city from the port, but the port was not prepared for a ship that size and it showed in disembarkation at this port. ...

We did the Tjolohom Manor tour. It is revied negatively in the beginning of this review. Do NOT take this tour if/when NCL returns to Gothenburg. Definitely not worth the time or effort. Our guide was awful and the tour was poorly planned (no water stops). It also went directly from the ship to the Manor and back to the ship with no options to stop in the City. ...
