If I could give no stars I would. I joined a world cruise with MSC and have had nothing but frustration and grievances. If you are a parent I highly suggest considering another cruise line. A child was assaulted by an adult passenger and when the parents filed a complaint after bringing him to the medical center, nothing was done but a warning. Currently on MSC Poesia world cruise. MSC Customer service has been appalling…. Complaints: 1) Even before the cruise started, upon booking at the said price, 30% of the cruise price was added on as taxes. We found a good deal and brought the extended family.
The good: the ship is good enough, lots of cafes mostly closed when you need them. Staff overall good and helpful, some exceptions. Cabins are small and older looking. TV like a postage stamp with white noise.

The excursions were fairly good and so was the food and servers. Everything else was horrible. The beauty salon was awful, terrible communication skills and high pressure staff, like your money was their personal piggy bank.
