On arrival onboard there is a huge hard sell line of touts that surround you as you walk through calling out to you to buy all their extra packages and shoving their ads in your hands. It was a terrible cruise. The staff was very rude, the beverage package we chose, Brindiamo, didn't have bottled water and for the night we had to buy bottles of water, even if the water was included in the package.
