It's a huge brand new ship that is sailing on a 7 day continuous loop between Rome, La Spezia, Savona, Marseille, Barcelona, and Palma. We were on the ship for its 3rd week of cruising. Here are a few of our observations and a couple of tips.

Ship is very much understaffed and absolutely not able to offer good cruise for such big number of passengers onboard. Obviously company is trying to save money on all aspects, including food, number of their employees, entertainment variety, and so on.
Dining area on deck 11 is crowded without place to sit, so only way to eat is to take plate outside or in a room.

Worse cruise I have ever gone to. Terrible food. They promote 17 restaurants. These include nutella bars, ice cream, sports bar, and like three or four light meal/tapa places. One is only available to costa members and one only for those with families. You’re left with the assigned restaurant which serves terrible food, a pizza place, and a teppanyaki. If you are a North American traveller and have done cruises with American companies (Royal, Carnival, NCL etc.) you will be extremely disappointed.
The service sucks - not enough staff to accommodate all the guests.
The employees are rude and do you a favour they want to help you.
The service is super slow and takes forever to get anything.
