From start to finish I can’t fault this ship or MSC as a company, from the staff, cleanliness, food , entertainment staff the list goes on it was 10/10.

After reading so many negative reviews of the MSC Preziosa, our entire family felt that we have to share our great onboard experience.

It was our 12th cruise and the 6th with MSC.
We arrived to Genova by train and walked to the cruise terminal (around 10 minutes walk).
15 minutes later, we were in our Cabin. Even though the ship was full and most of the passengers embarked in Genova, later afternoon the terminal was almost empty - so everything was smooth and fast.

We were on MSC Fantasia in Oct 2019 for a 7-nights western Mediterranean cruise. This was our 5th cruise overall and 2nd on MSC.
