I would give Freeport/Lucaya itself a "3," but I would give our excursion a "5-plus." We took the guided Kayak trip to Lucaya National Park. It was fabulous!! Freeport was nothing exciting. We took a cab ($5/pp in a van)Z to the main shopping area. There was some right at the port, but the one across town is better. We did the Jeep Adventure while in Freeport and we had a great time. Freeport is not a very exciting island but what we saw was very beautiful.
