We took the included Scenic Hardangervidda Nature Centre tour. Interesting, but we think too much time spent in this port. Very small town, with little to do except hike.

Very scenic stop however not much to do there. The included excursion was nice, but short so we would have booked an optional excursion if we'd known.

The nature center was amazing, the location of the ship in port afforded views in all directions.

My mum went on the troll train, and really enjoyed it. We walked alongside the river and around the village, so beautiful and peaceful.

We did the all day Bergen Railway trip, starting w/ crossing the Hardanger Suspension Bridge, going through the tunnel w/ roundabouts to reach the bridge, stopping at Skjervet Waterfalls (fabulous), lunch at Fletcher's which is next door to the Voss station, traveling on the Bergen Railway to Geilo, then taking the bus across the Hardangervidda Mountain Plateau, stopping at the Sysendammen - a dam built of rocks, then to the Fossil Hotel & the Voringsfossen Waterfalls. It was a gorgeous day of seeing a variety of rugged and desolate scenery of Norway. It was so worth spending time doing this. Read Less

We took the Scenic Hardangervidda Nature tour and were very disspointed. It took us to the nature center and showed us a film about the beauty of Norway. I would have rather seen the beauty!

A little Norwegian town, lovely for walking around. Some passengers went canoeing on the fjord and said it was lovely. There are a few shops and cafes. Make sure you walk a little way out of town to see the 'knitting covered'
