Review for a Middle East Cruise on Silver Spirit

Yikes, Silver Seas is a massive disappointment. I have sailed with Crystal, Oceania, Regent, and Seabourn and I was looking forward to Silver Seas but it was a big let down. There is nothing redeeming about the ship and I would strongly recommend any other line. Three Big Issues: 1) World Cup- it was sold as a World Cup cruise. A few weeks before the cruise they send a notice to say Qatar ...

Review for a Asia Cruise on Norwegian Jade

we had to choose this cruise because ncl kept canceling our other choices, e.g. Hawaii, and we had to do 2 b2b because ncl said regarding our FCC, "use it or lose it". we usually pick ncl because of the broadway musicals and the thermal suites on the new ships. thermal suite used to cost $199 for 2 wks and $299 for a mo. the suite on the jade now costs $436 for 3 wks. and the jade suite ...

Nice ship! But very bad hospitality

Review for a Middle East Cruise on MSC Bellissima

Where do I start this was day on the ship. Reception is impersonal. No one to welcome you, no host, nothing at all. You just have to figure it out yourself. I don't feel welcome. Then our suitcases where lost. Nobody doing anything. Called and they say my apologies and they do nothing. After walking around for a long time, we found ourselves a suitcase in another room. The second suitcase with ...

Disappointed!!

Review for a Middle East Cruise on MSC Virtuosa

This ship is beautiful but is completely let down by disinterested staff, bland food and poor organisation and entertainment. I would strongly advise against buying premium drinks package as they do not deliver, constantly fobbing us off with drinks from the cheaper package, constantly being bombarded by staff promoting extras even during meals. There were some great staff but they were outweighed ...

My partner had enjoyed many cruises before and this promised to be our first dream holiday together. Rather than a dream it was a nightmare from beginning to end and based on this cruise experience I will never cruise again ! From the time before we even travelled the communication between staff at MSC and us their customers was extremely poor Many phone calls and long waits for someone ...

Do not go on this ship if you are in a wheelchair chair you will be upset. We chose this cruise because of the itinerary visiting the Gulf states and had never been on MSc ship before. We certainly will never go on a MSc ship again or recommend it to anyone. We have been on many other cruise lines before during the past 15 years and have never been treated so badly as a wheel chair ...

What can I say right from landing in Dubai a mix up with childrens testing 6 hrs waiting with nothing to eat or drink before we could board and it only got worse. The food was lousy even the extras we paid for. Two days in we get a text from the home office asking questions about our 7yr old grandson. We thought this was some sort of scam as we had handed our passports over when we ...

Most Disappointing and Ripped Off Cruise Ever Been

Review for a Middle East Cruise on MSC Bellissima

First time on board of MSC Bellissima. Thought the itinerary was interesting therefore made the choice. Sail date was 07 March 2020, which was during coronavirus outbreak. They should have cancelled the cruise as there were many Italians and older people. But the aim of this corporation is MONEY and not the well being of people. They cancelled 2 ports of call so just circling around Dubai and ...

My wife and I are seasoned cruisers, having over the last 20 years plus enjoyed 41 previous cruises all around the world. None of them will be remembered so vividly as this one but sadly not for the right reasons. This cruise on the Norwegian Spirit was our 1st with N.C.L. for 18 years, the last time cruising the Hawaiian islands on board the Star. After this experience it will most certainly ...
