We were on deck 11 and it was a nightmare. Every morning between 6.15 am - 7.30am and later thats all we could hear was thump thump thump which was coning from the jogging track. EMBARKATION:
We embarked in Dubai. We arrived at the cruise terminal ~1200. We were allowed to enter the ship ~1500. The terminal is large with numerous shopping options, so we began souvenir shopping early! We were on the ship very quickly, and luggage arrived quickly.

Too big, too many people and badly organized. From the moment you have your cruise card in the terminal you are pestered to buy this package and that package. The ship is stunning but the staff need more training in all areas. Woman who gave lecture of forensics looks like just fell out of bed. 1 night had singer in Schooner bar competing with Spectrum big band because lack of theatre space as shows were practising. I hardly know where to start as I found the whole experience very disappointing.
It seems one third of the ship is given over to the silver/gold suites and areas, one third to Seaplex (which I'll tell you about) and the last third was for everyone else to squeeze into.
