After all previous cruises we sailed, we select this one since it had an appropriate itinerary for us.
Our cabin was well kept throughout the cruise. Excursion Destination Staff did a good job. Reception desk staff were friendly and helpful. Medical clinic staff was professional and excellent.

Chose this cruise for the chef inspired dining and was very disappointed in what was served. Pepin's dishes were probably 3-4 entrees out of hundreds so I could only eat a couple of them compared to the other dining room options. The Ship overall was great, nice kids activities and shops. BUT, the service was really bad all over the ship, food was average at best and constant pushing the extras, for example photo sessions was really annoying.

The boat is new so everything is clean and well maintained, it is large and very little frequented, it has a large gym, many shops and the service of the tankers in the bars is very good. There are no burdens and at no time do you feel they are on top of you to sell you anything and for you to consume their products.

Getting on the new ship in Dubai was very exciting and it certainly does look amazing. Staff onboard were very organised and friendly and everything ran very smoothly for all of our excursions.
Our stateroom with balcony was great, quite spacious and the stateroom attendant was very good as well. I like the origami animal towels! Breakfast delivered to the room was a lovely touch also.

Boarded promptly in Dubai. Lovely ship, good sized cabin (upgraded to balcony). Booked cruise to come through the Suez which did not disappoint however on landing from flight from UK we were taken to a hotel for breakfast as we were told we cannot board ship til lunchtime. There were 1400 passengers boarding in Dubai!! We would probably never travel with MSC again and neither would a lot of people we spoke to on the cruise.
