With another 3 ports cancelled, NCL scheduled an onboard appearance by a NCL representative from Syndney on a port day. We attended to discover this person had little knowledge of our situation, less knowledge about the ongoing engine problems. He had no power or authority to act. Simply a messenger. Rather than explore Darwin, we were forced to spend the remainder of the day in a mall making alternate arrangements. Read Less

Complete waste of 3 hours except for the 30 minute stop at the Darwin Museum. Don't bother with this tour would be my advice.

Not a lot to do in Darwin. The trip from the ship was a long distance. We played golf and enjoyed it!

The shuttle took us into the town through shops, and to the market, where there were lots of stalls. a couple of boats had been blown up the beach in a storm a day earlier.

Been here 3 times before but returned under own arrangements to Aviation Museum - well worth the visit. Helpful people especially on the local buses. Otherwise an ordinary town.

We used the Darwin HoHo bus to sightsee the town and some countryside. Then we walked a bit in the downtown area and stopped in a cafe. Other than the heat, it was very pleasant.

Nothing much to do in Darwin. It was expensive but the walk around town was calming.
