GRACE filled Voyage in the Galapagos

Review for a South America Cruise on Quasar Grace Yacht

The Galapagos was on our bucket list and the My Grace was the style and type of cruise vacation we wanted-- a smaller boat with fewer guests. The crew is top notch, chef excellent and Galapagos islands wonderous! We started our days with a lovely breakfast and then either a hiking or snorkeling adventure. We saw lots of boobies, swam with sea lions, sea turtles and penguins. We enjoyed a ...

I would rate higher than 5 stars, if possible. From the moment I contacted Diane (with Quasar), the 5+ star customer experience began. I felt as if I had a personal travel consultant, because she is so responsive, attentive and helpful, yet I knew her and her husband are serving everyone traveling with Quasar. They are simply amazing! We booked a 7 day cruise through the Galápagos Islands with ...

Grace is a small, classic yacht ~ intimate experience, perfect itinerary, incredible crew, incredible naturalists ~ exceeded expectations in every category. Just a wonderful week, active, interesting, delicious, lots of fun and laughs. Couldn't recommend higher and you have access to places and people that you would not ordinarily have. Every step of the trip from planning to flights, ...

Most people think Galapagos is a once in a life time adventure. We actually went twice. My extended family of 20 people went to the Galapagos (again) in December of 2021. This time we were lucky enough to get a trip on the Evolution with Quasar. Honestly, I did not think our trip could get better than last time, but it did. This boat is awesome, but the staff was above and beyond. We were ...

The Trip of My Lifetime

My Galapagos adventure was the event of my lifetime. I have traveled extensively, lived in Europe and Asia, and the beauty and peace I experienced throughout the Galapagos Islands was singular and memorable. Too precious to explain effectively, really. The natural white noise - the sounds of the surf, the calls of the birds, the barks of the sea lions, the rustle of the wind on the cacti, ...

Best Cruise Ever! The Galapagos Islands

We wanted to see The Galapagos Islands and a good friend recommended Quasar Evolution as the best way to go. We were not disappointed. From the minute we arrived by plane on the island of San Cristobal we were greeted warmly by the head guide, Alex. The yacht holds only 32 guests and we were all transported by bus to the port where we went via "panga" (dingy) to the lovely 3-masted ship. Once on ...

Arrival Quito: We arrived late at night and there is a Silversea hospitality desk at the JW Marriott. We were told to report the next morning between 8 and 10am for a covid test provided by Silversea in the business center at the hotel. Let me just say that for the four of us travelling together and many other guests, the whole covid testing was the most stressful part of the trip. Rules kept ...
