We are willing and able to walk long distances so we headed to South Beach as soon as we could get off the ship. There were ample lounge chairs and few people for most of the morning. It got more crowded around lunchtime, but nothing that spoiled our enjoyment of the day. The beach is well maintained and the beach furniture is in good condition. We loved our day at CocoCay! ...

I honestly thought this would be boring - it's basically a beach amusement park, there's no town or anything, but I was pleasantly surprised, the beaches are nice, the food provided was very good, the jetski excursion we went on was a lot of fun, and it was generally just very relaxing and pleasant. ...

Families are getting priced out at Coco Cay. Absolutely ridiculous for a family of four to go to thrill water park for 5 hours costing over $600. ...

The water park passes are only worth the money if you get off the ship first thing in the morning and go straight to the water slides. Otherwise, the lines are between 30-90 minutes long EACH. And we were there on a day when we were the only ship there—many times there are 2 or 3 ships there at a time. You can enjoy the beach and buffet for free. ...

Absolutely Perfect Day. Spent time on Chill Island in a cabana with hour host Thor assisting with food and drinks. It was so great we didnt move until it was almost time to get kicked out. A bluetooth was provided, along with towels, food and beverage service and floating mats. Other areas were of interest, however, we just enjoyed the space we were in.... ...

Something for everyone - relax on the beach, rest in a hammock, have fun at the water park, do all the activities, eat good food. I just wish there were more time: this is the highlight of the trip but you don't get even a full day. Coco Cay could easily be a two-day trip in itself. ...
