Our guide Deidre took us first to Blarnay Castle so we arrived before the big crowds got there. It was amazing and the grounds are beautiful. We had some time to shop in the Blarnay woolen store. We followed with a tour of a village town on the sea where we had lunch in a local pub. We ended with a visit to the cathedral in Cobh that was very beautiful. Read Less

Seeing how Jameson was originally made was excellent. The history of whiskey and the taste comparison of American, Scotch and Jameson really drove home how amazing the product is. Distilled 3 times really does make a difference

Only poor, because the rain was hard it was going sideways. Really fancied seeing the Titanics last port of call, but was too much of a sissy to get soaked through.

Booked on-line at e-coach (Butlers) - it was 59 pounds each and a very full day! Blarney castle was picturesque and Kinsale was a nice town. Drove through Cork, but no stop.

Again traveled here many times, so we did Cobh private walking tour at the gate and the Titanic Museum and a Murphy's beer. The tour guide was fantastic with so much information on the Rebellion.

Blarney Castle and grounds are gorgeous but DO NOT TAKE the excursion called Best of Cork and Countryside from Princess cruises. It is way over-priced and the first part of the day to Kinsale and the Cork City drive are so rushed and incomplete that you will feel cheated. The hotel lunch is bland and the venue is devoid of personality and ambiance. Do yourself a favour and just visit Blarney Castle and then walk around Cobh. This was the worst excursion I have ever taken and it cost a fortune. I DO NOT recommend! Read Less

Good time walking around the city. Looked like the effort to see the Blarney Castle wasn't going to be worth it due to long lines.

Blarney is a tourist trap and there were long lines to kiss the stone. We did not do so. The gardens are very pretty. Kinsale is a pretty town.

Really enjoyed this tour - beautiful country and was surprised how nice the Blarney Castle surrounding area was; had included Irish Coffee while shopping at onsite Blarney Woolen Mills for quality woollens and souvenirs.
