It was a sunny, clear day. Great photos. Loved it. The ship docked almost right in town. Just a short walk to lots of pubs/restaurants and shops. Read Less

Cobb is a very quaint seaside town with a few nice pubs with Irish music. We took a 30 minute cab ride to Cork where the Cork Jazz Festival was going on and the back to Cobh for a few drinks and Irish music in sight of the ship.

Went to Blarney Castle. Interesting, but the best part was the free Irish Coffees in one of the souvenir shops. Bus driver gave me two tickets, and one of my group gave me his unused ticket. Three got me mellow enough to enjoy the tour somewhat. Needed a toilet desperately by the time we got back to the pier. Had to double-time to a hotel in town. Why aren't there porta-pots near the boarding line when it can take an hour to get back on board? Read Less

Took the train to Cork and spent the day walking all over. The key site was The English Market. It was fantastic.

Kinsale excursion was very interesting. Rocky walking and uphill, but this historic old castle was worth it.

We did an independent excursion to the Titantic museum. It is the actual building where the last passengers got on the Titantic. Really interesting

Loved Blarney Castle and Kinsale! However the lunch was not Irish Stew and it was not in an authentic Pub, it was in a hotel ballroom that could have been anywhere and they fed us chicken!

We did a private excursion to Blarney Castle. Other than banging my head on the caverns, this was a beautiful stop
