Architecture is outstanding, and it felt very safe at all times. Some interesting shops: Buy a hat. The shops selling emeralds were a bit disappointing though. Many experiences are available, and for a first time I would ...

Booked tour through Royal Caribbean: Mangroves Eco Canoe Journey The canoes were really cool. About 4 to 6 passengers can fit in each, plus the driver. The free zoo right at the port was absolutely amazing! We originally had an excursion booked to the national bird aviary but due to weather we cancelled it. We are very happy we did as we heard that many people who went on excursions at this port had a very difficult time reaching their destinations.
