We got off the ship for a brief period and walked along the narrow busy road. The shops were not noteworthy and it was very hot. Snorkelling was an option and might have been worthwhile as we could see lots of colourful fish close to the shore? We only spent about 1 hour off the ship. ...

Brought a day pass at Divi’s Flamingo $20 pp, it is literally adjacent to where the ship docks, approximately 5-8 minute walk to the reception area to purchase the pass. The pass includes usage of the facility and a beach lounger. You are able to snorkel from the pier or sun bathe to your delight. You must bring your own towel.
