After 2 years of lockdown, we were finally going back to cruising. Sadly we believed Regents claim of "an unrivaled experience". I suppose they were unrivaled. WIth all our cruises, we have NEVER experienced the poor service we experienced with Regent. I could not figure why we started in Spain, but Spain was the supposed first day.
