Took the shuttle in to Bilbao, same as above unless you visit the Museum which we didn't. Not really interested in the subject matter ...

Complimentary bus service was adequate and took us to the town centre. The place was Ok, but other than seeing the Museum there was nothing else noteworthy about the place ...

Really worth going into the City. We took the 10 euro(return) City shuttle bus from the Port which is about 30 mins from the city. Recommend the Guggenheim Museum then a walk along the riverbank to old town;[ narrow pretty streets] then catch the cheap electric tram back from the Old town tram stop(Ribberia) near the Market.[ Old Town] back to the Guggenheim and it was a short walk to the shuttle ...

Loved the city. We booked Guggenheim tickets well in advance, so took the cruise shuttle bus into the city and easily did the museum in 2 hours right at 10 when it opened. We then took the funicular up the hill to a great overlook, then came back down and walked along the river to old town for tapas and vino. We want to come back and spend at least 3 or 4 days in the future to explore more. ...

Travelled independently. Loved the town. Use the Big Bus and taxis. The Guggenheim and the old market and Old Town were great. ...

It was All Saints Day and a bank holiday so no major shops open. Nice place though ...
