What we liked: Everything Viking did was great! The ship was modern, spotless, right-sized....just an overall wonderful ship. The staff and crew were very friendly and always willing to help. A great cruise to see the various areas of the British Isles, with Bergen Norway as a bonus. Enjoyed each port which included ones in Scotland, Ireland, Wales, and England. This was our third viking cruise, (the first two were euro rivers,) and second ocean cruise ever.
I appreciate everything Viking does and tries to be. A quieter, more intimate experience with cultural enrichment and classical entertainment. The loud, roudy ocean liners with casinos, kiddos, and cigarette smoke are so not our scene.

We chose this cruise because of the ports they visited and the pre-cruise extension. The pre-cruise extension had 2 nights in Oslo and 2 additional nights in Bergen.
