The ship docked in a rural area and the bus ride into Baden Baden was about 45-60 minutes each way. The bus dropped us off and picked us up in a central area. Biking through the Black forest by e-bike was our favorite tour all week. Not too difficult, Mostly flat areas, a few gravel patches here and there but the scenery was superb!

The port was actually Bad Schandau (not Baden) and was the departure point for the tour of The Bastei, an impressive sandstone pinnacle with great views of the Elbe river. This was the highlight of the cruise.
