I originally booked the cruise to St Petersburg, Russia but due to the war changed to Empires of the Mediterranean. This was my first cruise.

We went on this cruise to see Greece. All of the excursions were educational, fun and surprising. The local guides were charming and the buses were great. We wanted to see Greece and this cruise with the added Athens Pre-Stay was a great way of seeing all the different areas of Greece. We chose this cruise for the itinerary, full in the knowledge that Crystal was due for retirement in a few months, and despite it having little in the way of modern conveniences and razzmatazz.
