Very small town, nothing much to see, so we took a local bus to the neighbouring town of Molde. Bus goes around the fjiord, even making a ferry crossing. Very pretty, 1.5 hours in Molde and back again.

The sail into Andalsnes was fabulous through the fiord but not much to the town itself. Weather not great so train journey and hiking not great options so had quiet day.

We disembarked in the heart of town but there was hardly any shops or anything to do here. A very small town and most of the places were closed down. Better get a tour here and not stay in town.

Not a lot to see here. A very minor Fjord and a tiny town with little to see or do. The Scenic Rauma Railway was pleasant but only 45 minutes and the views from the road are just as good.

First time here and a quiet little town with not much to do. However, plenty of walks to take and sunshine to enjoy.

Again, a very small place. We wanted to the do train trip or at least a coach trip but they were all booked up. I would say book this one way way in advance and get your spot as there is little else to do. The cruise liner has not put enough effort into adding more coaches to the Troll wall on this stop. Dissappointed. If you can't do a trip climb the mountain in the town. Read Less

We had poor visibility so cannot comment on the Troll wall. The stave church was interesting.

The port is close to the train & bus station. There is nothing much in the town so trip is best from this port. The Rauma Railway is an excellent excurison. Although you can do the train independently and it slows down in places for photo opportunities, our excursion involved one way by train & the other by coach, so you had the chance to stop (3 times) for photos. Definitely worth doing. Read Less

Troll wall is not quite interesting, and troll road is a must! nothing to do in town itself, though we do good shopping of local tourist equipment in local outdoor outlet. We took Norway Excursions as well and it was fine this time.

We were blessed with glorious weather on our day here. I would strongly recommend doing an excursion here because it is a very tiny town with very little to see otherwise. We did the Trollstigheimen Scenic Drive trip with Cunard. It wasn't cheap but the views were spectacular and really put the previous day in Flam to shame. This was definitely the better excursion, even if the guide wasn't as good as in Flam. Read Less
