Not many cruise ships visit this port, even for our ships captain also the first time. Easy walk into the town center. We went to Den Campbell By, a recreated old town with some preserved old buildings. Nice stroll. Right behind it is a small free indoor botanical garden worth a short visit. ...

We aren't sure why we went to Aarhus, but the Danish queen was visiting that day, so we saw the royal yacht. The town is small and very walkable and on the Saturday we were there, there were many street markets and weddings. We rode the Hop On Hop Off Buss which we do a lot when investigating cities on our own. We stopped at Den Gamle be which is an old town museum that covers living through time.
