3 days before we sailed, we were contacted by P&O who advised us that our cabin was no longer available and gave us an ultimatum of a downgrade to inside cabin with a 50% refund or cancel our holiday. A nice ship, but it’s just way too big and service levels are very low. Doesn’t stand up to the other cruise lines we’ve been on.
