Excellent food in all the restaurants, including the Terrace Cafe, which was buffet style. It was not your typical buffer, however, with sushi, lobster and other stations hosting delicious food. We chose this cruise to compare to Azamara Club Cruises, another 6-star line. But Azamara wins hands down for the quality of its staff, staff training, cleanliness on the ship, quality of food, etc. Riviera’s design is that it’s cafe is on Deck 14, which looks out onto the pool deck, crescent-shaped, so quite small, whereas the library next door is huge by comparison. This was our 8th Cruise on Oceania. We sailed May 17, 2018 from Rome to Venice on an 8 day cruise. We've always felt in the past sailing on Oceania was worth the extra cost over some of the mainstream cruiselines. First timers and we had a blast! The cabin was so spacious and we had no problem putting all our stuff away and suitcases fitted under the bed no problem.
