My traveling companions and I stayed in 2 room balcony suites at the front of the ship. The cabins were spacious and well equipped. We had excellent service from our steward and butler. Firstly…service was terrible. Fake smiles, eye rolling thinking I didn’t see. Could never find a waiter by pool area. First time on Norwegian stayed in The Haven. Highly recommend staying in The Haven even though it is not adults only. The ship was very crowded. The Epic is by far the worst ship in the Norwegian line. This cruise it was loaded down with about 4300 passengers. I was totally incapable of accommodating this number of passengers.
