MSC cheapens down a beautiful ship.

Small Cabin, Very Poor Service Generally, Especially When Sun Bathing on Decks and they Certainly want to Pack you in.!! High Pressure Selling their Full Drinks package, which is okay but due to this take up, or maybe it's a standard thing on MSC cruises but when Sun bathing on deck every other cruises we been on there was constant flow of waiters coming around asking if you'd like a drink from ...

MSC is my preferred cruise line but I was let down by this ship and some of the staff. I enjoy a smoke with my cocktails and also a chair to sit on but there is very limited smoking areas and sitting areas on this ship. On the back deck the chairs and tables were available to sit on about 2 or 3 hours the entire cruise. They had them stacked in the corner. The only smoking area inside the ...

I'm an avid cruiser being on at least 40 Cruise's since 1983. Having cruised on RCCL (diamond member), Princess, Carnival, NCL, HAL, Celebrity, Red Boat, Admiral I have a reasonable idea what makes for a good cruise. I booked an inside cabin and pre purchased the Thermal Spa pass in place of a balcony. This usually works out great on NCL and Holland since they have great spas with large window ...

We joined the cruise with friends. Just a weekend away ... and wanted to relax and have some fun. Everything is extremely overpriced. As we were paying in the region of R2000 pppn... we do expect quality. We paid for ALL our photos and got home to find most missing .. we were shocked. They were already horrendously overpriced.. then missing loads. The staff were obviously ...

First Time Cruiser

• We got the impression that the ship was over capacity, as it was almost impossible to get to the food stations or even get a table at the buffets at mealtimes, due to the sheer quantity of guests. • The embarkation and disembarkation processes were tedious and frustrating due to the number of people that had to be checked in and the added admin overhead of filling in health questionnaires ...

We chose this cruise for 2 reasons. First we had sailed on the Divina a few years ago and absolutely loved it. Secondly it was the right timing for our schedules (2 couples). We arrived at the cruise port for our embarkation time but had to wait 1 hour and even then our cabin was not ready. The cabin was not what we thought we were getting. It was quite small and there wasn’t a sofa (as depicted ...

We chose the cruise because of the sailing dates... and the price seemed reasonable. But the dates were the deciding factor. I had never cruised with MSC before. This was a 7 night Caribbean cruise. Ship is old and service is subpar. The employees are friendly enough, but for the most part, inept. Our waiter at dinner seemed new so I asked him. He said he worked 5 years for RCL but ...

Just got off the MSC Seaside. We did 2 weeks (back to back) And here is my honest opinion. If you don't like what I I write so be it. First we are a french canadian couple in our mid 40's and we have cruised multiple times on almost all major cruise lines. People from all over the world on this ship and it was awesome in my opinion. I just think that the public messages should be in ...

Vegan cruise with Holistic Holidays at Sea - Not much holiday spirit here

We booked with Holistic Holidays at Sea for their annual vegan cruise. We were keen to see the speakers they were featuring. One of them we were looking forward to just didn't show up yet a substitute was provided. Regardless, we were disappointed that Chef AJ didn't make it. The embarkation was a nightmare. At least an hour long wait in line to get thru the security scanners. Some of ...
