We did the Sokkie cruise from 08 to 11 March 2019....which was supper...mostly white Afrikaans speaking passengers onboard which all like the Afrikaans Sokkie Music.. so the vibe on the ship was great.. We spent two weeks on the Seaside in the Yacht Club. This was our 3rd Yacht Club cruise and we had an amazing experience. The Yacht Club Top Sail Lounge, restaurant and pool area are never crowded and well staffed. This was a last minute decision to try a different cruise line. We normally sail with Royal Carribean and love it.

2 week cruise. We arrived in Miami and boarded the ship. Embarkation was smooth after a long journey. That was appreciated. Didn’t like the mandatory photo as we arrived on board. We looked awful after such a long journey.
The ship was beautiful and staff did an immense job keeping it clean. The ship was so glamorous. We enjoyed that. We felt privileged.

I would have given MSC Seaside a higher rating but for the day before disembarking I found a bar (from the Miami Beach pool) on my tab.
