Picked this cruise from Bari as we wanted to come back to Bari and spend time in the Puglia area..
Cruise was great although more time could have been spent in ports .
Restaurant waiters and service was great and food too.

We chose this cruise as the ship was new and looked beautiful...and MSC is one of a few cruise lines we haven't experienced.

The ship was beautiful but the food was just ok. You cruise for the food & for an Italian line the food was very disappointing. I was also amazed how small the pools were, you couldn’t even get in due to overcrowding. This is my first & last time with MSC.
The crew were not very friendly and definitely not over accommodating. Even our cabin guy was not personable.

This was our first MSC cruise (Seaside). We have cruised all the major cruise lines and gravitate right now to NCL. Crew members - always friendly and helpful. Our room steward, Christian, went beyond normal. Some crew members gave us free drinks or moved us to the front of the line without us requesting the favors.

The worst service we have ever received on more than 50 holidays.
