We were looking for a vacation with grown children that we could all enjoy. This cruise was perfect for our family! I was a little worried about the age of the ship but we really like the boats with the Promenade(shopping Mall)in the center. It is a great place to meet up and they have lots of fun parties and parades on the mall. We had already done the Freedom of the Seas itinerary and the southern itinerary so we had to go with this older boat. We were NOT disappointed.

The boat was in great shape. There was so much to do.Leaving out of New Orleans it takes a couple days to get to warm weather. We did not have trouble filling our days with fun. The ice show on the boat was excellent, the food was very good, there was so many bars and so much fun entertainment. The pool setting was very nice with a great adult only pool for quiet reading.

We enjoyed all the stops. Our kids just want a good beach so we had a nice time at a very beautiful 7 mile beach in Grand Cayman. It was just a short cab ride from the port. In Cozumel we found the Paradise Beach Club. It was the BEST! $2.00 got you in and there you found a beautiful big new pool with an outdoor restaurant and waiters by the pool, a palm tree shaded area with lounge chairs and a very nice beach area with lounge chairs. We also got the use of very nice clean bathrooms. If you want to spend $12.O0 admission you get the use of many huge blow up toys in the water just off the beach. Young families would LOVE this!

Cabin Review

Oceanview Stateroom

Cabin H

We had an ocean view cabin on the 3rd floor toward the front. It was a standard totally fine cabin. It had everything we needed and lots of places to put everything away. The drawback to the 3rd floor on this ship is you can not walk from one end of the ship to the other on the 3rd floor. You always have to go up a floor or two cross over and come back down.
