My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and have enjoyed 11 other Princess cruises over the years. We chose an itinerary with many days of relaxation at sea and this fit the bill. Our mini-suite was roomy, the bed was divine and the extra space (we usually book only a balcony) was great!
Our weather was unkind for the entire trip, which I understand is not the norm. We have been to Hawaii several times before and had no special plans to tour, so although we were hoping for sunny weather and beautiful sunsets, we were not as disappointed with the weather as others.
The food and entertainment was probably the best we've experienced on any cruise line. There was no need for ANY improvement. We also enjoyed the Crowne Grill and Sabintini's, which are two spots where we'd never ventured...they, too, did not disappoint! The service, presentation and food quality was superb here as well as the dining room. Service was premium in all other bars and lounges, as well.
Our mini-suite was perfect! The bed was divine and felt like those in luxury hotels...Our location was near an elevator bank, but still very quiet and easy to get to and from the common areas.
