Because the size is great for 3 passengers, we had a deluxe suite on deck 6 on the Nieuw Amsterdam. We are now on our sixth cruise and already have our next cruise booked. The perks are well worth the fare. Each year we go a different Caribbean area, we are just a two hour drive to the port, no air fare involved.
Service is wonderful, food is beyond great, and the activities keep us busy when we were not ashore.
We had a cabana on Half Moon Cay and added a butler. What fun to be pampered all day long. Our butler was getting us pina colads two at a time and we had a special lunch of barbecued prawns, fruit, and rice. Chips and dips and soda and water and fruit were all included.

Deluxe Verandah Suite
Deluxe suite (6062) SB category. Very spacious for three passengers. Couch turned into bed at night was comfortable. Bathroom had two sinks, shower and tub and a dressing room. Room had 6 closets, desk, and a nice balcony.
