First this was our second cruise with RCCL. The first was on Grandeur's sister ship, Enchantment. We are very easy going folks who find it easy to enjoy the cruise.

Embarkation was very smooth and easy at the New Orleans Port. We immediately went to reserve times for a massage and stopped in the Windjammer for a bite to eat. Soon after we stopped by our room and found it ready. This was about 1:30 PM. We met our cabin attendant, Elvis, and found him very friendly. This was the case for the entire ship's crew. Everywhere we went we found the crew bending over backwards to be friendly and helpful.

We found our table for 10 was changed to a table for 4. The other couple proved to be delightful. The meals served in the main dining room were excellent. We were able to try many new entrEes and again the crew was outstanding. We ate almost all our suppers there. When eating Breakfast and lunch in the Windjammer we found the food to be good and filling but not exciting. Good place to get something to eat in a hurry.
