Enchantment of the Seas -- Feb 27 -- March 10, 2012

February 25, 2012 -- Travel Day

Well, here I am at a restaurant in LAX waiting for brunch followed by a flight to Baltimore. Today is Saturday and the cruise leaves on Monday. So first let me give you a little basic information about myself. This is my 19th cruise overall, my 7th cruise with Royal Caribbean and my first cruise on a Vision class ship.

Junior Suite with Balcony

Cabin JS

8670 is a rear facing junior suite. The cabin was great with a good sized balcony that is half covered and half not covered. The two corner junior suites (8666 and 8166) have huge balconies. I was told by one of the room stewards that the rear facing junior suites are bigger than the side facing junior suites and have a bigger balcony. There was plenty of closet space.

The junior suites have a tub/shower combination. The only real issue with the cabin was that there is a horizontal space between the tub and the wall that allows water from the shower to flow onto the floor. So when you get out of the shower to dry off, you have to leave the bathroom before you can dry your feet.
