This was our 7th cruise with NCL and we have always been happy with the ships and destinations...although I wish they had something in the orient.
Of all of our trips with NCL, this was the most disappointing. First, it was not horrible and we didn't leave wanting a refund or straight to another cruise line. But the Star just didn't meet our expectations and was not consistent with past cruises with NCL.
They did all the big things right, but customer service and attention to detail were lacking.
Cabin Review
Inside
Small and needed minor maintenance. Obvious places cleaned, but top shelves, under bed were not for a long time. We actually like inside cabins for the quiet and no early morning sun. Star just not getting the details right.
