Day 1 --

Check in -- Arrived MSY 10:30 a.m. Airport to port was $14 pp with cab. Port was very busy, NCL was not very organized, certainly not at a relaxed pace. Lines after lines, they are moving though. Have one big suitcase for the porter, we carried the carry-ons. Room was ready. We went to Windows for a nice sit-down lunch, it was good. It was until late afternoon we got a notice to 'collect' our big suitcase at the theatre at 6:30 p.m. There were about 40 people there. They called by number and asked us to open our suitcase and removed the alcohol. I brought 2 sample size (6 oz) white wine and got confiscated. Didn't bother to reclaim on last day. Wine is not that expensive on the cruise, like regular restaurant price. Show at night was excellent.

Day 2 -- Sea day -- gym/sauna/steam. Dinner with group at Windows. Ambiance at Windows is great, but couldn't find one single good food.
