We have only cruised once before, to Alaska with HA, and this family experience was new for us and made for a wonderful vacation. The ship is beautiful and has something for everyone. Our family ranged in age from 6 to 70+.

Boarding was as expected...some lines but not much of a wait. Disembarking was less smooth as the process for going through customs/immigration led to some waiting in lines. The RC process was well organized.

Food in the dining room was rather good considering the thousands of meals that have to be prepared and served. One complaint was that meals were usually not warm enough by the time they arrived at the table, but the selection was very good and the portions ample. Read more
