We booked this cruise while onboard the Millenium last year. We were not disappointed.
The Ship:
We actually avoided the Equinox a few years ago, figuring it would be too modern (we like stately ships, such as Crown Princess). Wow, was that a mistake. This is a beautiful, well layed out ship. Very easy to navigate. Perfect size. Some of the pictures we'd seen depicted bolder colours than the reality (phew!). The Equinox has become our favorite. The cabin (C2, Resort Deck) was plenty large - after reading previous reviews, we were concerned about storage space, but this was not at all a problem, and we do not pack light (three checked luggage, two carry-on). There was plenty of room in the closet, drawers, over-bed cupboards and under bed (suitcases). I was concerned when the nightstands did not have drawers - we were fine. The bathroom is HUGE, with even more storage space.
