Arrived at the Jacksonville Port, luggage was taken at curbside, entered VIP embarkation area and was on the Lido deck within 20 minutes of arrival. Everyone involved in the embarkation process was outstanding and friendly.

Had lunch at the buffet on Lido, burgers and fries. Rooms were ready by the time we finished.

Our cabin was U-73, classified as a Grand Suite with balcony. It was outstanding. Large room with walk-in closet which held much more than we actually put into it. There were so many drawers in the room that many were empty even after I put everything away. The room also had a bar area with different sized glasses.

Deck 6. Outstanding. Huge walk-in closet, great balcony, more than enough storage, safe, comfortable robes, whirlpool tub/shower combination, great water pressure, comfortable bed. Couldn't have been more perfect.
